Section 1

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on vk85 and to participate in any games, betting markets, or promotions on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using vk85 in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any of the above of vk85 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or have requested a cooling-off period that is still active on the vk85 platform.

vk85 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Section 2

Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of vk85, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to keep your registration information up to date and to promptly correct any information that becomes inaccurate. vk85 may require you to verify your identity at any time through our KYC process.

• Each player is permitted one (1) account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vk85 support immediately by email at [email protected]. vk85 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take adequate precautions.
• vk85 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account that the platform reasonably believes is being used in breach of these Terms or any applicable law, regulation, or guideline.

Account verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. You will be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. vk85 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Processing of withdrawal requests is subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC review.

Section 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

vk85 supports a range of local Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on vk85 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.
• Deposits are credited to player accounts instantly following confirmation from the payment provider. vk85 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or bank processing times.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule"). vk85 applies this rule to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after this cut-off time are processed on the following business day. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the receiving payment provider.
• vk85 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, the player's payment provider may apply their own fees or conversion charges, for which vk85 takes no responsibility.

vk85 does not accept or process payments from third parties. All funds deposited to a vk85 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the player's own name. Deposits received from third-party sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

vk85 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional benefits are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and must satisfy the stated wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be transferred to the real-money balance and withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• vk85 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If vk85 reasonably suspects that a promotion is being abused — including through coordinated play, account sharing, or the use of automated systems — it may void the bonus and any associated winnings and suspend the accounts involved.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met in full. Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specified game only and expire after the period stated in the promotion terms.

Section 5

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

vk85 is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotional offers, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or depositing funds obtained through illegal activity. vk85 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial authorities in investigating fraud and money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or connectivity interruptions to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by vk85.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward vk85 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel including live chat, email, or social media.

vk85 employs real-time fraud detection systems and monitors platform activity continuously. Any player identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended without notice, their funds held pending investigation, and any winnings or bonuses accrued through such conduct voided in full.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming

vk85 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward all players seriously. Online gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment conducted within means that the player can afford. vk85 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their account.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gaming has become problematic may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account is suspended and the player may not open a new account on vk85.
• Reality checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen reminders showing session duration and net gaming activity to assist with informed decision-making during play.

Section 7

Intellectual Property

All content on the vk85 platform — including but not limited to the vk85 brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, text, game interfaces (excluding game content owned by third-party providers), promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of vk85 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vk85 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from vk85 without prior written consent.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vk85 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if vk85 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

vk85's total liability to any player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's vk85 account at the time the liability arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Section 9

Privacy and Data Protection

vk85 collects, processes, stores, and protects player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the vk85 Privacy Policy in full. The Privacy Policy is available at vk85.app/privacy-policy.

vk85 uses player data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and to personalise the player's gaming experience. vk85 does not sell player data to third parties. All data handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 10

Amendments and Account Termination

vk85 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vk85 will provide reasonable notice to active players by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting vk85 support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you subject to completion of KYC verification and the same-source withdrawal rule. Any bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. vk85 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations about specific regulatory approvals or licensing from any particular government authority.

If you have a dispute with vk85, you must first contact our support team at [email protected] and allow up to 14 business days for vk85 to investigate and respond. vk85 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, vk85 will advise you of the applicable dispute escalation process at that time.
